Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order from Jumbo 3 for 1 Pizza and Wings (“Jumbo”, “we”, “us”) through this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed only when the store accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the store is too busy, the order looks fraudulent, or we cannot reach you. You will see the reason on your order page.
• Orders that are not accepted within the time shown may be cancelled automatically.
• Scheduled orders are prepared for the time you choose, within the store’s opening hours.
• Please check your order, contact details and delivery address before placing it. Tell the store about allergies by phone; we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. The total shown at checkout, including HST, delivery fee and any tip, is the amount you agree to pay.
• You can pay online by card (processed securely by Stripe) or in person where offered. Online payments for declined or cancelled orders are refunded to the original card; refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear.
• Tips go to the store team.

Pickup and delivery

• Ready and delivery times are estimates.
• Delivery is available only within the delivery area shown at checkout (Guelph). Someone must be available to receive the order.
• Unclaimed pickup orders may not be refunded.

Problems with an order

If something is wrong with your order, contact the store right away or use the feedback option in your account. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Accounts and fair use

• Keep access to your email or Google account secure; you are responsible for orders placed through your account.
• Do not place fake orders, misuse the website, or post reviews that are false, abusive or unlawful. We may block access for misuse.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.
