Jumbo 3 for 1 Pizza and Wings (“Jumbo”, “we”, “us”) runs two restaurants in Guelph, Ontario: Fife Road (Unit 5, 159 Fife Road) and Starwood Dr (238 Starwood Drive). This policy explains what personal information we collect when you order through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address, so we can prepare your order, contact you about it and send your receipt.
• Delivery details: your delivery address, unit/buzzer number and any delivery instructions.
• Order details: what you ordered, when, the store, the total, tips, how you chose to pay, and any notes you add.
• Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account identifier. If you sign in with an emailed code, we keep your email address. We never receive or store your Google password.
• Reviews and feedback you choose to send us.
• Technical information: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, your cart saved in your browser, and basic server logs (such as IP address and time of a request) used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not see or store your full card number. Online card payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

• To take, prepare, deliver and support your order, including live order updates and receipts.
• To keep your order history and reviews in your account.
• To prevent fraud, fake orders and abuse of the website.
• To answer your questions, feedback and complaints.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run online ordering, and only what they need:

• Render (website and database hosting; servers in the United States).
• Stripe (online card payments).
• Google (Google sign-in and our email account used to send receipts and sign-in codes).
• Geoapify (address suggestions while you type a delivery address; uses OpenStreetMap data).

Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, mainly in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for business, tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years). You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where we must keep order records by law.

How we protect it

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to orders is limited to our staff with their own logins, and stored data is backed up daily. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your choices and rights

• You can order as a guest without creating an account.
• You can view and update your name, phone and email in your account.
• You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account.
• You can withdraw consent at any time, though we may then be unable to take online orders from you.
